RightClick Professional Assistants is excited to expand our growing company with new team members who embody these qualities. This contractor (1099) position starts at approximately 10-20 hours per week, with the potential to grow for the right person ready to take initiative and ownership.
To be considered for this role, you must be a native English speaker.
The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skill set:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or office manager (leading a team).
Strong understanding of the Jewish lifestyle and holidays, as an insider who practices Judaism in your life.
Exceptional speaking, writing, spelling, and grammar skills, with accuracy in typing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google Suite, and task management such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp with a passion for learning new technologies.
Comfortable and willing to participate in Zoom meetings several times per week (without interruptions).
Availability to work in the Eastern US time zone, availability from 9-5.
Highly desirable experience and skills include:
Proficiency in Canva.
Hebrew language proficiency, including typing skills.
